Other Past Events

The Trust has held many events since Shannon left us, it is our aim to show these events and functions both as a way of thanks to those involved, and to enable you to see some of the many different ways we go about raising money. You will also get a chance to see a few of the many young, amazing and beautiful people whom it has been our pleasure to help. We are just listing those events from January 2006 onwards, as there are too many to mention here.

Jan 2007 - A fantastic cheque for £725.00 was presented by Mr Anthony Molyneux on behalf of the Co-op funeral services, Bewsey Rd, Warrington. The Co-op had had chosen our Charity as their Charity of the Year 2006. A big THANK YOU to everyone who very kindly donated.

Dec 2006 - Co-operative Funeral Services chose the Shannon Bradshaw Trust as their "Charity of the Year" and held a service for a remembrance of life at St. Alban's Church, Warrington.

Patti Bradshaw was guest of honour and a cheque donation is to be made in January 2007.

Dec 2006 - Warrington's new QS discount store nominated our Trust. Charlie Hale joined Santa and his team at the store on 8th Dec.

Oct 2006 - staff at Vertex in Westbrook organised a dress-down day
and raised almost £3,000 for the Charity.

July 2006 - we had a Memorial Day to remember Shannon,
mostly at her school. Pictured below are Chris Hallam who will look after Shannon's Garden and George Hull, who painted the mural.

The official opening ceremony of Shannons Garden, was on the 17th July, exactly 4 years after Shannon passed away. Pictured below (from left to right) Patti Bradshaw, Pete Pinnington, Kerry Katona, Charlie Hale, Alan Bradshaw

JUNE 2006 - we also had a "close shave for charity" event in which
5 brave men were sponsored to be waxed at Akira Nails in Warrington.
